If you’re unsure about your saddle size (then again, who is?), measure your sit bone!
Yes, this is serious. One method is to set a sheet of aluminum foil on something soft, like carpeting or a yoga mat. Do this on some steps, or a low table may work better to expose your sit bone. Sit on the foil
for about 30 seconds and then stand up. Measure from center to center on each dimple, and please do not put the foil back in the pantry.
A typical range for most sit bones is between 100-200mm. Once you have your measurement, add 20 mm to find your ideal saddle size. This method ensures your ride is tailored to your comfort, regardless of height or weight.
